Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards, any product that has been opened, used, worn, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Incorrect Items

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
